We accept returns and exchanges for unworn, unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with the necessary instructions and return address.
Important Notes:

Items must be in the same condition as when you received them unworn, undamaged, and with all original tags and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or an incorrect product was sent.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

For exchanges, we’ll ship your replacement pair once your original item is returned and approved.
